Running is a physical activity and clearly will place the body under different stresses, therefore you should consider taking medical advice/consulting with your doctor before commencing any new form of exercise.

Always warm-up properly, wear kit appropriate to weather and light conditions ie High visibility. Ensure you eat appropriately and rest to allow your body to recover ready for your next session.

Club training night schedule

This morning (17/3/20) Welsh Athletics, along with the other Home Countries have decided on a number of immediate actions in relation to how the sport of Athletics will respond to the threat of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Welsh Athletics in cooperation with UK Athletics have decided to suspend all planned organised athletics activity until the end of April where the situation will be reviewed once more. As such there will be no club runs until the End of April.
